General settings:
POP3 or IMAP: mail.lbdsl.net
SMTP: mail.lbdsl.net
username: Full e-mail address
password: your password
Webmail access: http://lbdsl.net/webmail

*The outgoing server should also be set up to require authentication using the same username and password as above.
